Judith now takes her passion for developing leaders into helping her clients achieve significant performance improvement, and engage the talent within the business. For example, Stuart who was an Operations Director had a manager (Daniel) who could be described as troublesome talent! Daniel was responsible for 20 employees and a budget of £2m. He always came in on budget, delivering business results and was excellent at driving the business forward.
Stuart had a dilemma though, many of Daniel's employees were leaving because they were unable to work for him as he had a very directive autocratic leadership style. It was costing the company a fortune because it was very difficult to replace these talented employees.
Ann the HR Director, was concerned about the staff turnover costs, the wasted talent in the organisation and the fact that the Company could be facing huge liability claims if any of the employees complained about his style. Ann wanted to take the troublesome part out of this troublesome talent! Stuart was nervous about the affect this might have on business results.
Judith responded to his need for a leadership consultant, which focuses on latent talent and worked with Daniel to help him understand the consequences of his leadership style, and how he could get the results that he wants within the company framework. Daniel has now implemented a number of changes to his style of leadership which has enabled him to still achieve the great results that Stuart expects and has created a better relationship with his employees. Staff turnover is reduced and so has the employees' complaints.
Stuart receives nothing but praise from Ann now.
Judith is a leadership developer of the highest order and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who wants to up their game and achieve great things -
